We love mamas, come for the espresso martinis and stay for the amazing food!! have eaten almost everything and love it

We just wanted to sit downstairs in the dining area off the street, it looked nice. We went inside and the hostess offered up rooftop seating, Wow, we didn't know, Yes we said. A very cool roof top area, super warm and comfy. The service continued to be great and the food was totally awesome. Can't wait to come back this summer.

Wow! An incredible special occasion spot. My family went here for dinner the weekend after Christmas. My sister in law set notifications for reservation openings and we got lucky! Looking a month in advance, reservations for that day were unavailable, so definitely plan ahead. Service was really friendly. We sat on the rooftop which was heated and cozy. Loved the artwork and overall vibe. We shared bread service, Caesar salad, tiramisu, and a bottle of wine. All wonderful. Everyone loved their entrees too. Big portions after having appetizers, but thrilled to have leftovers! Street parking in Covington can be tricky, but we were also there on a Saturday night at prime dinner time. On your way out, be sure to contribute to the wall of mama quotes!

Rating a five star because of the ambiance. I think they could add a few more options to their menu but overall is good!

Great food and great service! The ambience was perfect. I've heard great reviews but this exceeded my expectations. The bread, Chicken Parm and the meatballs made for a great meal! Will definitely be back!

Good service, good food, good portions. My lobster ravioli was a bit too salty for such a delicate food. Overall tho, everyone was happy with their supper and service. The decor was extraordinarily eclectic and not sure what the point was?

Love mama's on main for a nice dinner for 2 or a GNO. I've gotten something different each time I've come and it has all been so delicious. They have a fantastic Italian margarita too! Their sides such as potatoes and broccolini are fabulous, and the pasta is always amazing. The vibe inside is amazing- the upstairs is so unique. Love Mama's!

This place is great. Fun to eat outdoors in the summer and quaint interior for the winter. Food is delicious. My only complaint.... They must make more cookies as they have run out every time!

Being from out of town with so many food options is overwhelming. We had reservations elsewhere at a place we passed coming back to our hotel, but it was too early as no one was hungry yet so we needed to find a new spot. I stumbled across this place in a Facebook post and we almost didn't stop since it showed to reservations available until late night, glad we didn't listen to that instinct. It's tucked away in a row house spot with very eclectic decor. We sat at the bar which usually I don't like but this time was the best experience. We were greeted by the bartender Frank who was awesome and gave great recommendations and met some friendly guests. We started with the bread service of fresh focaccia and whipped ricotta....YUM!!!! For our meals we had the chicken parm with spaghetti and tagliatelle with mushroom ragu,DOUBLE YUM! During our meal we heard only 2 tiramisu left for the evening so we had to snag 1 ahead of time and so excited we did, it was 1 of the best I've had. Also a woman was very helpful with the wine order and offering great information and samples. This was such a cool spot, definitely popular and delicious.

Great restaurant addition in the heart of Covington. We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food! Pretty good selection of wines too. I ordered the salmon piccata entree which was very tasty. The broccoli was cooked al dente. Loved the lemon caper sauce on top. Perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion or for date night.
